We are very excited to be bringing some mindfulness and meditation to the City with Elena Consoli!

Elena is a firm believer that yoga is for everybody and she especially enjoys bringing it to corporate offices and to places where people aren’t as likely to have access to yoga.

Elena makes sure every student feels confident and comfortable while learning, and enjoys introducing yoga to those who want to start but might feel afraid or intimidated.
With her years of experience Elena is going to share with us…

– Simple techniques to help you rest after a long day
– Exercises you can do at your desk to ease tension in the body
– Meditation practices you can build in to your daily routine
